Nina was the inspiration and founder of the club.  This spring we are having a special walk in her honour.  We have reserved one of the Glennfield group use areas in Fish Creek Park.  Glennfield was close to Nina&#8217;s home and she would often be found walking her own hounds in the vicinity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will have treats for the hounds and for the humans!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please forward this to anyone who may want to pet the hounds and remember Nina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DATE AND TIME: Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. &#8211; for as long as people care to stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LOCATION: Fish Creak Park Glennfield group use area BLACKBIRD.  We have the site reserved for our exclusive use for the entire day.  It comes with picnic tables, washrooms, and a dedicated parking area.  People and their pups are welcome to stay for as long as you would like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DETAILS: Flat, Paved and\/or grass paths. All hounds and their peeps can enjoy this walk and social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The BLACKBIRD group use site is indicated in <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">RED<\/mark>.  Our reserved parking area is marked with a <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00d084\" class=\"has-inline-color\">GREEN<\/mark> circle.
